Refund policy
Thank you for choosing Exotic Vanam. Because live botanical plants, grafted saplings, and rootstock are perishable items requiring controlled moisture and aeration, physical return shipments are not accepted. Our policy prioritizes plant vitality and protects customers through guaranteed safe arrival.
Non-Returnable Perishable Goods
•All live fruit trees, spice plants, and plantation saplings sold on Exotic Vanam are classified as perishable goods and are non-returnable.
•We do not accept physical returns or package send-backs once a plant is delivered, as two-way courier transit results in plant mortality.
Transit Damage & Replacement Guarantee
We stand behind the health and viability of our saplings upon arrival. If an order arrives severely damaged or incorrect, we offer a free replacement under the following conditions:
Eligible Scenarios:
•Severe stem breakage or complete snapping at the graft union.
•Root rot, dried desiccated dead main stems, or mold failure directly resulting from transit delays.
•An incorrect plant variety delivered against the placed order.
Normal Transit Stress (Not Covered):
Minor leaf shedding, temporary leaf yellowing, or slight wilting are natural survival adaptations when plants travel inside dark parcels. The core root ball and stems remain vigorous and will recover quickly with prompt watering and shaded care.
How to File a Claim (24-Hour Window)
To report transit damage or an incorrect plant:
•Continuous Unboxing Video (Mandatory): Record an uncut video starting from the sealed outer package showing the courier label, unboxing, and clear inspection of the damaged stem or root ball.
•Timeline: Send the video and your Order ID to ggnurseryfarms@gmail.com or our official support number within 24 hours of delivery.
•Our nursery team evaluates and resolves claims within 24 to 48 hours.
Replacements & Refunds
•Free Replacement: Once verified, a healthy replacement sapling will be dispatched during our next weekly shipping cycle at zero extra charge.
•Refunds: If the plant variety is out of stock, a direct refund to your original payment method (or store credit) will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Order Cancellations
•Orders can be cancelled for a full refund prior to packaging and dispatch label generation.
•Once saplings are packed into ventilated cartons and handed over to courier partners, cancellations cannot be accepted.
